Our business was founded on the unique properties of PTFE. Fibracon started by manufacturing PTFE lines magnets, gaskets and bellows for the chemical process sector and Insoll by making PTFE insulators for the RF connector market.
We are now the leading UK manufacturer specialising in machined and fabricated PTFE products.
Our in-house PTFE compression moulding facility, producing billets to over 1300mm in diameter, generates most of the feedstock we use for machining.
We source our ram-extruded PTFE from world-leading manufacturers to ensure consistent high quality and service.
We machine components designed in PTFE from 1mm to 2500mm in diameter.
