The three areas where we most frequently receive technical questions are:

Material selection
At initial design stage or when considering a change in material, we are asked to advise on material selection. In response to this, we have provided a Material Selector Guide as part of this web site, intended to help with the initial screening process. We undertake joint development agreements in this area, especially regarding PTFE and PTFE Compound product selection, and would be please to discuss this with any interested party.

Product design
We would be pleased to advise you on any aspect of component/assembly design. There are many aspects to consider when designing a machined component from PTFE or other polymers. PTFE, in particular, is prone to dimensional change and we would recommend that you understand the effects of this before designing a component. Please contact us for further information.

We have full CAD-CAM facilities and can receive your drawing directly by e-mail for CNC program loading.
